MediaBantenCyber.co.id (MBC), Serang — A martial arts teacher in Waringinkurung District, Serang Regency, is suspected of forcing underage girls with five victims. This case was successfully uncovered by the Banten Regional Police through the Ditreskrimum Sub-Directorate for Women and Child Protection (PPA).
Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Commissioner Pol Maruli Ahiles Hutapea, said that the five victims consisted of three children who were suspected of sexual intercourse and two others who were victims of obscene acts.
“Based on the results of the investigation, the perpetrator is suspected to have carried out the action since May 2025 by offering a self-cleaning ritual to the victim,” said Maruli, Monday (6/4/2026).
The perpetrator is known to work as a casual daily laborer as well as a martial arts trainer in the local area. He allegedly used practices that were claimed to be self-cleansing, such as bathing the victim with flower water and giving massages.
However, in this practice, the perpetrator is suspected of committing immoral acts against the victims.
This case was revealed after one of the victims and his family reported the incident on April 3 2026. The report was then followed up by the police with a series of investigations until finally the case was revealed.
In handling this case, the police also secured a number of pieces of evidence, including photocopies of family cards, birth certificates, post mortem receipts, cloth, massage oil, buckets and scoops.
For his actions, the perpetrator was charged under Article 473 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 414 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 415 of the Criminal Code in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, with the threat of a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.
The Banten Regional Police appealed to the public to increase vigilance and immediately report suspected criminal acts, especially those involving women and children, through the Call Center 110 service.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
