SERANG CITY – A number of investors from China are looking at the potential for renewable energy in Serang City. They met the Mayor of Serang, Budi Rustandi, to discuss plans to build a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) and Wind Power Plant (PLTB) or wind power in Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Tuesday (28/4/2026).
The meeting which took place in the 3rd Floor Hall of the Serang City Regional Secretariat resulted in an initial investment plan of 400 million yuan or around IDR 1 trillion.
Investor representative, Mr. Wang expressed his interest in investing in the environmentally friendly energy sector in Serang City. He assessed that this area has very supportive potential for the development of PLTS and PLTB.
“We plan to build a solar and wind power plant in Serang City. For the initial stage, the investment prepared is 400 million yuan,” said Mr. Wang.
He revealed that his party had carried out a location survey and assessed that the Sawah Luhur area was quite ideal for the project. In fact, the investment value has the potential to increase up to ten times the initial plan.
However, the realization of the project is still waiting for a number of important stages, including coordination with PT PLN (Persero) and fulfillment of various administrative requirements.
“It’s still in the early stages. We have to go through a process, including coordination with PLN and other stages. We’ll wait for further developments,” he said.
The Mayor of Serang, Budi Rustandi, confirmed the investment plan. However, he emphasized that this power plant project must go through a verification and approval process from PLN before it can be realized.
“Because this is a power plant project, we ask that it be confirmed first with PLN. If it is suitable, then it can run in Serang City,” explained Budi.
He added that currently the main focus is still on infrastructure and licensing readiness. The Serang City Government will also ensure that all supporting aspects are met before the project starts.
According to Budi, the presence of this investment is expected to have a positive impact on society, especially in absorbing labor and improving infrastructure in the Sawah Luhur area.
“If it is realized, of course there will be impacts such as employment and CSR contributions, including infrastructure development such as roads,” he concluded.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
