SERANG CITY – The hot sun that covered the Open House activities as well as the launching of SDIT Zamzam Bilingual Quranic and Entrepreneurial School on Jalan Ciruas-Walantaka Km 03, Pesanggrahan, Walantaka, Sunday (10/5/2026), suddenly turned into laughter and joy when the Deputy Mayor of Serang, Nur Agis Aulia was present in the community.
Since morning, the event location was filled with parents, prospective parents, and invited guests who were enthusiastic about taking part in the school launch series. Even though the weather was quite hot, people were still enthusiastic about participating in the event. Some visitors were even seen using maps and brochures as makeshift fans to reduce the feeling of stifling heat.
However, the atmosphere slowly changed when Agis went up on stage to give a speech. With his relaxed, warm and humorous communication style, Agis managed to lighten the atmosphere which initially felt hot and stiff and become more lively.
The invited guests burst into laughter several times when Agis started making spontaneous jokes and his trademark rhymes to the people present. Not a few participants interacted directly with Agis so that the open house atmosphere felt even more intimate and lively.
It didn’t stop there, Agis also created a quiz with prizes for the participants. This moment was immediately greeted enthusiastically, especially by visitors who scrambled to answer the questions given.
The unique answers from the participants actually added to the laughter at that time. The atmosphere that was previously filled with stifling feelings changed to full of enthusiasm and entertainment.
In his speech, Agis appreciated the presence of SDIT Zamzam, which he considered to bring the concept of modern education based on religion, language skills and entrepreneurship.
According to him, such an educational pattern is really needed in preparing future generations who are not only academically superior, but also have strong character, global communication skills, and an independent spirit from an early age.
“Now the educational challenges are getting bigger. Children must be equipped with religious knowledge, language skills and an independent mentality so they are ready to face the times,” said Agis.
He considers the presence of bilingual and entrepreneurial-based schools to be a positive step in improving the quality of human resources in Serang City.
Agis hopes that SDIT Zamzam will be able to become a school that gives birth to a generation of excellence, morals, creativity, self-confidence and high competitiveness in the future.
“These children will become future leaders. So school must be a fun place, build character and make them confident,” he said.
Apart from the launching, the open house activity was also filled with various student appearances, introductions to educational programs, and tours of the school environment for the community and prospective parents.
Agis also said that the presence of SDIT Zamzam is in line with the vision and mission of the Serang City Government in creating superior human resources through the 3S program, namely ready to work, ready to study, and ready for entrepreneurship.
According to him, the Serang City Government is currently preparing a mentoring system since students are in class
“Because we will accompany them from the start. It is hoped that students will be better prepared after graduating from school,” he explained.
Agis’ presence in this activity became a special concern for the community. His warm, joking and close interactions with the residents made the atmosphere of the event feel much more fluid and memorable even though the weather that day was quite hot.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
