JAKARTA, POSKOTA.CO.ID – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) held a National Digital Sovereignty Forum entitled “Digital Ecosystem Collaboration for Sovereign National Innovation” at Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta, Wednesday, June 3 2026. This forum brought together regulators, strategic state-owned companies, enterprise customers, and global technology partners to strengthen collaboration in building cloud foundations, artificial intelligence (AI), and cyber security that are safe, resilient, and sovereign.
The National Digital Sovereignty Forum is a continuation of the declaration “The Awakening of Indonesian Technological Sovereignty” which was held on May 20 2026. If the declaration emphasizes a shared vision regarding the importance of national technological sovereignty, then this forum is a concrete step to translate this vision into a more measurable implementation blueprint and roadmap through three main pillars, namely Sovereign Cloud, Sovereign AI, and Sovereign Cybersecurity.
The presence of the Ministry of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia in this forum emphasizes the importance of synergy between regulators and industry players in building a national digital foundation that is able to support digital economic growth while maintaining Indonesia’s strategic interests in the era of digital transformation. This forum is also a space for cross-ecosystem collaboration to align the direction of cloud, AI and cybersecurity development with national needs.
Director of Digital Ecosystem Development of the Ministry of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia, Sonny Hendra Sudaryana, emphasized the importance of synergy between regulators, industry and technology providers in ensuring that national digital transformation takes place safely, inclusively and sustainably.

“Strengthening sovereign cloud, AI, and cybersecurity are important steps in maintaining national data security, increasing trust in Indonesia’s digital ecosystem, and ensuring national digital transformation can run safely, inclusively, and sustainably,” said Sonny.
Telkom Strategic Business Development & Portfolio Director Seno Soemadji emphasized that digital sovereignty has now become a national strategic need that requires cross-sector and cross-ecosystem synergy.
“Digital sovereignty is no longer just a technology issue, but rather the foundation of the nation’s competitiveness, resilience and sustainability in the future. Indonesia must be able to build control over its own data, AI, cloud and cyber security so that it can not only become a digital market, but also become the architect of its own digital future,” he said.
Seno added that through the transformation of TLKM 30, Telkom continues to strengthen its role not only as a connectivity provider, but also as a service enabler to build a national digital foundation that is more resilient, safe and independent.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
