SERANG CITY – Deputy Mayor of Serang, Nur Agis Aulia, officially opened the Serang Sketchwalk Volume 2 Sketch Jamboree with the theme “Recording Traces Celebrating Stories” which was held in the Taman Sari area, Serang City, Saturday (6/6/2026).
This activity involves the art community, students and sketch activists from various regions. The participants seemed enthusiastic about exploring various corners of Serang City to use as objects for their images, ranging from public spaces, community activities, to historical areas that have aesthetic value and city character.
Through Sketchwalk activities, participants record city life in the form of visual sketches that depict the daily atmosphere of the people of Serang City from a more artistic and humanist perspective.
In his speech, Agis emphasized that the development of Serang City is not only focused on physical infrastructure, but also on efforts to create a city that is comfortable, lively and has emotional closeness to its citizens.
According to him, the quality of a city is not solely seen from the splendor of the buildings or the orderly roads, but also from the experiences and impressions that people feel when they are in city spaces.
“Development is not just about physical matters. We want Serang City to provide a feeling of comfort, security and an impression that makes people want to come back again,” he said.

He explained that the concept of taste-based development continues to be encouraged through various programs, such as arranging public spaces, improving city cleanliness, as well as collaboration with the arts community, creative actors and the tourism sector.
Agis also believes that Sketchwalk activities have an important role in strengthening the city’s identity. Apart from being a forum for artistic expression, this activity also functions as visual documentation that records the character of Serang City from a perspective that is closer to people’s lives.
“Through sketches, we can see the city from a different perspective. This is not just a picture, but a way to experience the city,” he added.

He added that the convenience of the city also influences tourist attraction, which in turn can encourage economic movement in the community, especially small businesses and the creative sector.
The Serang City Government, he continued, continues to strive to maintain a balance between physical and socio-cultural development so that the city not only develops in infrastructure, but also has a strong identity and soul.
“Don’t let it feel empty. We want the city of Serang to remain alive and memorable,” he stressed.
It is hoped that the Serang Sketchwalk Volume 2 Sketch Jamboree activity can become a regular agenda that strengthens the image of Serang City as a city that is advanced, creative, and rich in art and culture for its people.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
