GAMBIR, POSKOTA.CO.ID – Deputy Chief of the Republic of Indonesia Police, Dedi Prasetyo, stated that the National Police had prepared a number of traffic engineering strategies to anticipate a surge in vehicles during the homecoming and return flows for Eid 2026.
Some of the schemes that will be implemented include a one-way system, contraflow, and an odd-even policy.
“Traffic regulations have been regulated in a Joint Decree (SKB), such as engineering management of traffic flow, including one way, contraflow, odd-even, and also regulations at ship port crossings,” said Dedi in a press conference at the KSP Office, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 11 2026.
Dedi explained that the plan to implement the one way system would be implemented starting from KM 70 Toll Gate to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate. Meanwhile, contraflow is planned to take place on the KM 47 to KM 70 section of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.

However, the application of traffic engineering will be adjusted to conditions in the field, especially the level of vehicle density that occurs during the homecoming flow.
“The police will also exercise discretion situationally. When will one way be implemented, then local one way, then partial one way, contraflow, odd-even, transportation restrictions, delay system, or traffic flow diversion,” explained Dedi.
Dedi continued, all these policies were prepared to ensure that people’s journeys during homecoming and return flow can take place more smoothly and safely.
He also ensured that the police would provide notification to the public before traffic engineering was implemented.
“Information will be provided at least two hours before the policy is implemented so that road users can adjust their journey,” explained Dedi.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
