JAKARTA, POSKOTA.CO.ID – A total of 72 elementary school (SD) and high school (SMA) students from four schools in the Pondok Kelapa area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, had to undergo medical treatment after experiencing food poisoning from the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program.
Responding to this, Secretary of Commission E DPRD DKI Jakarta, Justin Adrian, emphasized that this incident has been categorized as repeated mass poisoning, so it can no longer be considered an ordinary incident.
“This is the umpteenth mass poisoning. And once again, our children are the victims due to the negligence of irresponsible individuals,” said Justin to Poskota, Saturday, April 4 2026.

Justin appreciated Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung’s quick steps in dealing with the affected students. However, he believes that this response needs to be improved with more proactive steps, not just waiting for directions from the central government.
“That Mas Pram moved quickly to help the students who were being treated, this needs to be appreciated. However, Mas Pram should have moved more proactively and not waited too long for the central government,” said Justin.
He emphasized the importance of coordination between the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) and law enforcement officials to thoroughly investigate the cause of the incident.
“It is important to pursue this so that the public gets clarity about what happened. So, there is no speculation and the authorities can immediately take action against whoever is responsible,” said Justin.

Apart from that, Justin also encouraged the DKI Provincial Government not to take a hand in monitoring the MBG program, even though the program is a central government policy.
“This is indeed a central government program, but again the DKI Provincial Government cannot just let go because it is implemented within its area of authority,” said Justin.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
