SERANG CITY – PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) and the Deputy Mayor of Serang, Nur Agis Aulia, have joined forces to encourage micro and MSME entrepreneurs in Serang City to upgrade and be digitally literate.
To achieve this, said Agis, MSMEs and micro business actors in Serang City continue to be encouraged not only to rely on business capital, but also to master digitalization to be able to compete in the modern era.
Therefore, continued Agis, PT PNM together with the Serang City Government (Pemkot) continue to strengthen collaboration in supporting the development of MSMEs through access to financing and technology-based training.
Agis emphasized that changes in consumer behavior, which are now starting to switch to digital platforms, are the main reason for the importance of this transformation. According to him, MSME players must be able to utilize technology to expand markets and increase sales.
“The Serang City Government will facilitate the needs of MSMEs, from capital to marketing training by involving various stakeholders,” said Agis.
Apart from that, PNM together with the Serang City Government also provide assistance and training so that business actors not only survive, but are able to move up in class through digital transformation.
Manager Supporting PNM Serang Branch, Yayah Inayah, explained that his party continues to bring services closer to the community through the Prosperous Family Economic Development (Mekaar) program and the Micro Capital Service Unit (ULaMM).
The Mekaar program offers unsecured loans ranging from IDR 2 million to IDR 15 million, while ULaMM provides larger financing, ranging from IDR 50 million to IDR 200 million.
Not only financing, PNM also provides business training and assistance, from digital marketing to financial management. This is done so that MSME players are able to adapt to current developments.
“We want customers not only to have a business, but also to be able to manage their finances and utilize digital technology to have strong competitiveness,” said Yayah.
Through collaboration between the government, financial institutions and various related parties, it is hoped that MSMEs in Serang City will continue to develop and become the main driver of the regional economy towards a developed and prosperous city.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
