JAKARTA, POSKOTA.CO.ID – Corruption Crime Eradication Corps (Kortastipidkor) investigators from the National Police conducted a search at the PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk or WIKA office located at WIKA Tower 2, Jakarta, Tuesday (9/6/2026).
The search was carried out in the context of investigating the alleged corruption case of the Assembagoes Sugar Factory development and modernization project in Situbondo, East Java, which is managed by PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XI for the 2016–2022 period.
Head of the Dittipid Kortastipidkor Polri Investigation Team, Kombes Pol Gunawan, said the search was carried out to collect evidence in a case that allegedly caused state financial losses of more than IDR 645 billion based on the results of the BPK RI audit.
“In this alleged criminal act of corruption, there has been a state financial loss of more than IDR 645 billion,” Gunawan told reporters, Tuesday.

He explained that the project was carried out through a joint operation (KSO) involving PT WIKA, PT Barata Indonesia and PT Multinas Sejahtera Indonesia.
According to him, searches were not only carried out in Jakarta, but also in several locations in East Java related to other companies.
“This activity was carried out to collect additional evidence which will be analyzed and studied in order to strengthen the evidence in the investigation process,” he said.
Gunawan said that during the search investigators examined a number of rooms on the 3rd and 12th floors of WIKA Tower to look for documents related to the project in question.
“On that floor there were many rooms that we accessed because we thought they had evidence relevant to the investigation,” he said.
Apart from physical documents, investigators also secured electronic data in the form of soft copies, hard copies, as well as digital archives including emails that were suspected to be related to the case.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
