West Bogor Regency Regional Expansion Plan, Regent Invites Community to Unite

LEUWILIANG, POSKOTA.CO.ID – The plan to expand the West Bogor Regency area continues to be developed by the Bogor Regency government, by appointing the Management of the Preparatory Committee for the Expansion of West Bogor Regency (KPP KBB).

The Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, said that the expansion of West Bogor Regency could be realized by uniting all elements and the process was carried out logically and measurably.

For more than three decades, the plan to expand the West Bogor Regency area has been a breath of fresh air for residents there. However, until now there has been no news when this expansion will occur.

Rudy invited elements of society to abandon personal and group interests, and unite in one voice for the future of West Bogor Regency.

According to him, history will not record who the party was, but who worked and who really fought for the people.

“If we really want West Bogor Regency to bloom, there is only one key, namely togetherness. Don’t bring in the color of a party or group. What we are fighting for is the interests of the people of West Bogor,” said Rudy, on Thursday 18 December 2025.

He explained that the Bogor Regency Government had gone further by preparing concrete foundations for expansion.

One of them is by submitting an application for land for the capital city of West Bogor Regency to PTPN last August 2025.

“The prospective capital city is still planned to be in Cigudeg District, according to previous decisions and studies by West Bogor figures,” said Rudy.
