POSKOTA.CO.ID – In 2026, the Indonesian government will pay great attention to strengthening the grassroots economy. One concrete step is to roll out the Red and White Village and Subdistrict Cooperative (KDKMP) program, which is designed as a driving force for food sovereignty as well as improving the welfare of village communities.
This program is under the coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Food and involves state-owned companies such as PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara.
In the midst of these big ambitions, the government opened national recruitment through the National Selection Committee (Panselnas) to fill various strategic positions. One of the things that attracts the most attention is the position of Operations Manager at the village cooperative level. Many undergraduate (S1) graduates aim for this position because it is considered prestigious to have full control over business unit operations at the local level.
However, this high enthusiasm is often not accompanied by a deep understanding of the realities of the job. Not a few applicants are still wondering: what is the daily workload like? To what extent is his authority? And where will this position actually be held?

Cooperatives as Logistics and Value Added Centers
Conceptually, KDKMP is not just an ordinary cooperative. It is designed as a logistics center as well as an agricultural product processing facility. This cooperative is tasked with absorbing farmers’ harvests, processing them into value-added products, then distributing them for market needs and government programs such as free nutritious meals.
In this structure, the Operations Manager acts as the main controller. He ensures that the entire process from raw material procurement to distribution runs efficiently and sustainably.
“This cooperative is not just a place for buying and selling, but the center of the village economy which must be alive and productive every day.”
Complex and Dynamic Daily Tasks
If you look closely, the role of Operations Manager is not as simple as an administrative position. His responsibilities cover various crucial aspects:
First, business planning. Managers must develop strategies to achieve production targets, absorption of agricultural products and sales. This target is not only numerical, but also has a direct impact on the welfare of local farmers.
Second, human resource management. He leads a team consisting of the head of production, quality control staff, and financial administration. Work discipline and safety are non-negotiable responsibilities.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
